         6.       1.      This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

2. Judgment dated 4th November, 2015 (Annexure-5) passed by learned Judge, Family Court, Cuttack in Criminal Petition No. 546 of 2006 is under challenge in this RPFAM, whereby the Petitioner has been directed to pay maintenance of Rs.1,000/- and Rs.200/- per month to the Opposite Party Nos.1 and 2 respectively from the date of application till the date of order and thereafter to pay Rs.2,000/- and Rs.500/- per month to the Opposite Party Nos.1 and 2 respectively.

3. Mr. Bhuyan, learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that he has no instruction in the matter.

4. It also appears that although the RPFAM was filed on 7th December, 2015, but no step has been taken to remove the defects and get the matter listed for issuance of notice to the Opposite Parties.

5. Accordingly, the RPFAM stands dismissed for non- prosecution.
