04. 1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Mode.

2. Heard Mr. R.N. Behera, learned counsel appearing for the

appellant.

3. This is an application for condoning the delay of 30 days in

filing the appeal under Section-19(1) of the Family Court Act, 1984

from the judgment dated 16.08.2022 delivered in Civil Suit (MAT)

No.26 of 2022 by the Judge, Family Court, Balangir.

4. Issue notice as to why the said delay shall not be condoned or

any other order/orders shall not be passed as deemed fit and proper in

the circumstances of the case.

5. Notice is made returnable on 16.02.2023.

6. The appellant shall take steps for service of notice on the

respondent by 19.01.2023 by Registered Post with A.D.
