        3.       1.      This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

2. Judgment dated 13th August, 2-14 (Annexure-3) passed by learned Judge, Family Court, Rourkela in Criminal Proceeding No.09 of 2012 is under challenge in this RPFAM, whereby the Petitioner has been directed to pay maintenance @ Rs.17,000/- per month (i.e. Rs.5,000/- per month to Opposite Party No.1 and Rs.4,000/- per month to each of Opposite Party Nos.2 to 4) from the date of the application, i.e. from 2nd February, 2012. The Petitioner has also been directed to pay Rs.1,00,000/- to Opposite Party No.2, which shall be deposited in a fixed deposit scheme for a period of one year for her educational expenses.

3. Mr. Pandey, learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that he has no instruction in the matter.

4. Accordingly, the RPFAM stands dismissed for non- prosecution.
