        3.       1.      This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

2. None appears for the Petitioner at the time of call.

3. Judgment dated 19th November, 2014 passed by learned Judge, Family Court, Rourkela in Criminal Proceeding No.40 of 2011 is under challenge in this RPFAM, whereby the Petitioner has been directed to pay maintenance @ Rs.3,000/- per month to the Opposite Party from May, 2011, i.e. from the month of filing of the application.

4. Although the matter was filed on 22nd December, 2014, but thereafter no step has been taken by learned counsel for the Petitioner either to remove the defect or to get the matter listed for admission.

5. Since none appears for the Petitioner, this Court feels that the Petitioner has lost interest in pursuing the matter.

6. Accordingly, the RPFAM stands dismissed for non- prosecution.
