2. Mr. A.N. Dash, learned counsel appearing for the opposite party-workman states that in view of the judgment passed by the Apex Court enhancing the compensation without reinstatement, he wants to obtain instruction on this score by the next date.

3. List this matter after one week. In the meantime, Mr. P.K. Mohanty, learned senior counsel appearing for the Petitioner- Management undertakes to see whether Section 17-B of the Industrial Disputes Act has been complied with or not so far as the period from January, 2023 to July, 2023 is concerned.

4. Interim order passed earlier shall continue till the next date.
