03. 1. It is clarified that notwithstanding the impugned order dated 18th August, 2017 passed by the learned S.D.J.M., Panposh it will be open to the Petitioner on the strength of the judgment of this Court in Ashish RanjanMohanty v. State of Odisha 2022 (85) OCR 705 to renew his application afresh before the S.D.J.M., Panposh for release of the vehicle in question.
2. Such application will be considered on its merits in light of the aforementioned judgment of this Court.
3. The CRLMC is disposed of in the above terms. An urgent certified copy of this order be issued as per rules.
