ORAL
1. In these batch of matters, in view of the judgment dated 28-08-2023,
passed by the Supreme Court in Special Leave Petition (Civil) Diary
No(s). 39888/2022, nothing remains for consideration.
2. Mr. B.Pathak, learned counsel however, has vehemently argued that
for the period that the writ petitioners have served in the clerical grade, due
consideration should have been given. However, on examination of the
order passed by the Division Bench in WA. No. 18 of 2019, this aspect is
also covered which disentitles the writ petitioners from claiming any
benefits that came with the clerical post.
3. Accordingly, these matters stand closed and disposed of.
