JUDGMENT AND ORDER (ORAL)
1. An affidavit has been filed by the State respondents which
indicates that the petitioner was enjoying the UDA scale of pay from
the date of initial promotion in 2009, and the acquittance roll has been
annexed in the affidavit indicating the same.
2. The prayer that has been made in the writ petition is for
grant of UDA scale, which appears to have been granted from the date
of initial promotion. There being no merits in the instant case, the same
is accordingly dismissed.
