JUDGMENT AND ORDER (ORAL)

1. The grievance of the writ petitioner is with regard the non-

consideration of the State respondents for necessary approval for

change of name of the petitioner's School from Umiong Church of God

L.P. School to Church of God L.P. School Nongkroh.

2. While the matter is still pending before this Court, it

appears that the State respondents by the order dated 29.04.2022 has

accorded necessary approval for changing of name and location of the

School from Umiong Church of God L.P. School to Church of God

L.P. School, Nongkroh. The said communication has been produced by

Mr. K.P Bhattacharjee, learned GA for the State respondent, and the

same is taken on board, marked as 'X' and made part of the record.

3. Mr. S.M. Suna, learned counsel for the petitioner submits

that as the said approval has been granted, nothing remains for further

consideration in the instant writ petition and the same may be closed.

4. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for

the petitioner and the communication dated 29.04.2022, this matter

stands closed and is accordingly disposed of.
