The appeal is directed against a judgment of conviction dated
June 15, 2022 and the resultant sentence.
The appeal has to be heard. It has been filed within time.
Let the lower court records be immediately called for and paper-
books be prepared within six weeks from date. Copies of the paper-book
should be served on Advocate for the appellant and Advocate for the State
within eight weeks from date.
Since the second respondent is the defacto complainant in the first
information report, such person is not a necessary party herein; though
such person may have liberty to apply to be heard, if so interested.
Accordingly, the name of the second respondent be deleted from the array
of parties in this appeal.
In the event the appeal is not taken up for no fault on the part of
the appellant, the prayer for bail may be pressed.
Let the appeal appear 10 weeks hence.
