                                                            ORDER

After filing an appeal before the jurisdictional Revenue Divisional

Officer, the petitioner seeks the expeditious disposal of such appeal.

2.The Petitioner's request is opposed both by the 4th and the

6th respondents. The 4th respondent relies upon civil court judgment and decree

to assert that his title in respect to 58 cents was upheld. Learned counsel for the

6th respondent also asserts a rival claim on the basis of a Will.

3.Given the limited nature of relief claimed, without expressing any

opinion on the merits, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the second

respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's appeal on merits within 12

weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order after taking into

consideration all material documents, including judgment and decree of the civil

courts. No costs.
