                    PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of

                    India, issue a of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the

                    records pertaining to the impugned revised list issued by the third

                    respondent dated 14.12.2021 and quash the same as illegal in so far

                    as not including the petitioner's register number and consequently

                    for a direction, directing the respondents to treat the petitioner as

                    candidate coming under PSTM category in the light of the judgment

                    of this Court in W.P.(MD)No.8025 of 2020 dated 22.03.2021 and the

                    Government Order in G.O.Ms.No.82, Human Resource Management

                    (S) Department dated 16.08.2021 and provisionally admit the

                    petitioner to main written examination for appointment by direct

                    recruitment to the posts included in Combined Civil Services – I

                    Examination (Group -I Services) under SC(G) PSTM category and

                    permit the petitioner to participate in the further recruitment

                    process and in all further recruitments conducted by the respondents

                    2 & 3 under PSTM category within the time period stipulated by this

                    Court.

                                                        ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed challenging the impugned

selection list dated 14.12.2021 issued by the third respondent

declaring the persons qualified to write the written examination.

Since the petitioner's name has been excluded from the impugned

list, he has filed this Writ Petition. The consequential direction

sought for in this Writ Petition by the petitioner is to permit the

petitioner to participate in the main written examination.

2.It is brought to the notice of this Court by the learned

Additional Government Pleader as well as learned Standing Counsel

for the respective respondents that pursuant to the impugned

selection list, the main examination was conducted and the selection

process has also got over and appointment orders have also been

issued to the selected candidates. Therefore, they would submit that

the prayer sought for in this Writ Petition has now become

infructuous.

3.Since the consequential prayer sought for in this Writ

Petition by the petitioner is only to permit the petitioner to write the

main examination and since the main examination has got over and

the entire selection process has also got completed and appointment

orders have already been issued, this Court is of the considered view

that the prayer sought for in this Writ Petition has become

infructuous.

4.Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands dismissed as

infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently,

connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
