The present Writ Appeal has been filed challenging the order

dated 19.05.2022.

2. Both Mr.K.Prabhu appearing for the appellant and

Mr.G.Kannan appearing for the respondents would produce a copy of the

decision of the Bench in W.A(MD)No.401 of 2023 dated 21.07.2025

which they state is on identical factual and legal matrices as the present

matter. They would request that the ratio of that order apply to the

present matter as well and accordingly, in the interest of uniformity, we

grant three months time from today for regularization of the services of

the first respondent.

2. Recording the aforesaid, this Writ Appeal is dismissed. No

Costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
