Ms.Sindhu Nathi V., learned counsel representing

Mr.G.Saravanabhavan, learned counsel on record for appellant submits that

the writ appeal has become infructuous and she has also made an

endorsement to that effect.

2. In view of the endorsement made by learned counsel for appellant,

the writ appeal is dismissed as having become infructuous. Consequently,

connected miscellaneous petition is closed. There shall be no order as to

costs.
