of 2007 came to be dismissed.

2. In view of the dismissal of the main suit, nothing survives in the

present appeal, since the appeal has been preferred against the order

passed in the application. Consequently, Original Side Appeal stands

dismissed. Connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. There shall be

no order as to costs.
