                                                      JUDGMENT

(Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.)

The appellant has submitted a letter seeking withdrawal of the Civil

Miscellaneous Appeal on the ground that the office of the Principal

Commissioner and Central Excise, Coimbatore had decided to withdraw the

above appeal in view of the fact that monetary limit has been increased from 1

Crore to Rs.2 Crores for filing appeal in High Courts.

2. In view of the same, no further adjudication is required. Accordingly,

this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
