                                                         JUDGMENT

(Order of the Court was delivered by G.R.SWAMINATHAN, J.)

Heard both sides.

2. The learned single Judge had granted relief to the writ

petitioner on the strength of the civil Court's decree dated

20.01.1995 made in O.S.No.526 of 1988 on the file of the District

Munsif Court, Sivagangai. It is also admitted that the first appeal was

filed by the State after a lapse of several years and the first appeal

was also dismissed. All these facts have been captured in the order of

the learned single Judge. The learned single Judge has only directed

the authorities to act in consonance with the civil Court's decree.

3. No exception can be taken to the said approach. This writ

appeal stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected

miscellaneous petition is closed.
