              PRAYER : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India
              praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the 2nd Respondent to
              register the judgment and decree made in C.M.S.A(MD)No.30 of 2017, dated
              19.06.2024, filed against judgment decree made in C.M.A.No.13 of 2011 on the
              file of Principal District Court, Srivilliputhur, in reversing the judgment and
              decree made in E.A.No.295 of 2007 in E.P.No. 220 of 2000 in O.S.No. 213 of
              2000, dated 31.01.2011, on the file of Subordinate Judge, Srivilliputhur, within a
              time frame stipulated by this Court.

                                                             ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of

Mandamus, to direct the 2nd Respondent to register the judgment and decree

made in C.M.S.A(MD)No.30 of 2017, dated 19.06.2024.

2.The petitioner is directed to produce all the originals before the

respondents. On production of the originals, the respondents are directed to

register the judgment and decree in accordance to law. The said exercise shall be

completed within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this

order.

3.With the above observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall

be no order as to costs.
