The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the

respondents 2 and 3 would represent that the issues have reached finality and the

authorities competent have found that there is no financial loss to the Panchayat.

Since there is no financial loss identified, the respondents 2 and 3 have no

objection for allowing the appellant to withdraw this Writ Appeal as per their

request.

2.Accordingly, this Writ Appeal stands dismissed as withdrawn. No

costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
