Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for

appellant seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Appeal.

2. The learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and

2 and the learned counsel for the third respondent has no objection for

withdrawal of the Writ Appeal, which is the request on behalf of the appellant.

3. Accordingly, this Writ Appeal stands dismissed as withdrawn. There

shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is

closed.
