                     District at Nagercoil, granting divorce under Section 13(1) (ib) of the
                     Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 by dissolving the marriage as solemnized on
                     13.02.2007 between the appellant and the respondent forthwith.


                     Prayer in C.M.A.(MD)No.216 of 2019: Civil Miscellaneous Appeal filed
                     under Section 19 of the Family Courts Act, 1984 praying to allow the
                     appeal by setting aside the fair and decreetal order dated 21.12.2018 in
                     H.M.O.P.No.252 of 2018 on the file of the Family Court, Kanyakumari

                     District at Nagercoil forthwith and consequently order the relief as
                     sought for under Section 9 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955.

2. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the

appellant, the Civil Miscellaneous Appeals are dismissed as withdrawn.

No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
