                                                          JUDGMENT

On perusal of the record, it shows that there was no appearance on

behalf of the appellants on 15.11.2023 and after due adjournments, the

Registry was directed to sent notice to the appellants for appearance, and

notice was served to appellants 1 to 3 on 19.12.2023.

2. Even today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, there is no

representation on behalf of the appellants, it shows that appellants have no

interest in this case, therefore, this Court is inclined to dismiss this second

appeal for non-prosecution.

3. Accordingly, the Second Appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution.

No costs.
