                                                          JUDGMENT

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice)

The appellant is aggrieved by an ex parte order dated 20.9.2024

passed in W.M.P.No.30714 of 2024 in W.P.No.28167 of 2024, by which

the learned Single Judge was pleased to direct the appellant herein to

permit up to 7 years old model vehicles to participate in the tender by

issuing necessary Corrigendum to that effect.

2. We find that the returnable date given in the writ petition is

04.10.2024.

3. Keeping all rights and contentions of the parties open, including

the appellant's right to pray for vacating the ex parte relief granted on

20.9.2024, we dispose of the writ appeal. The learned Single Judge is

requested to dispose of the writ petition/interim application on

04.10.2024 itself. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently,

C.M.P.No.22143 of 2024 is closed.
