When the matter was called on 15.11.2024, there was no

representation for the appellant. Therefore, Registry was directed to post

the matter on 18.11.2024 under the caption 'for dismissal'. Even today,

when the matter is called, there is no representation for the appellant.

2. The learned counsel for the respondent is present. It is seen

that the appellant is not interested in prosecuting the case. Therefore,We

have no other option except to dismiss the civil miscellaneous appeal for

non-prosecution. Accordingly, the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is

dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs.
