                                                   ORDER

This petition has been filed challenging the order passed by

the learned Judicial Magistrate, Valliyoor, Tirunelveli District in

Crl.M.P.No.5808 of 2022 dated 22.11.2022 in connection with the case

in Crime No.206 of 2022, pending on the file of the respondent police.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned

Government Advocate, on instructions, submitted that the main case

itself ended in acquittal in C.C.No.653 of 2022 by judgment dated

01.03.2023. The copy of the judgment was also placed before this Court.

3.Recording the above submission, this Criminal Original

Petition is closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is

closed.
