                                                        ORDER

                           The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that originally, a suit was

                 filed before the Principal District Court, Pudukottai in P.O.P.No.20 of 2018. The

                 said petition was filed for declaring the plaintiff as a pauper. The said petition

                 was allowed by the learned Principal District Judge, by order, dated 14.11.2019.

                 The first respondent in POP has filed the present Civil Revision Petition.



                           2.The learned Counsel appearing for the respondents 1 to 4 submitted that

                 the respondents 1 to 4 are willing to pay the entire Court fee and requested that

                 the suit may be disposed of as expeditiously.



                           3.Recording the same, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of with a

                 direction to the respondents 1 to 4 to pay the entire Court as per the Tamil Nadu

                 Court Fees Act, 2017 and the learned Principal District Judge, Pudukottai, shall

                 dispose of the suit as expeditiously as possible. No costs.
