                                                        ORDER

This Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is filed against the order dated

08.06.2018 passed in I.A.No.174 of 2017 in O.S.No.98 of 2016 by the

Additional District Court, (Fast Track Court), Palani.

2.Mr.A.Prasanna Rajadurai, learned counsel appearing for the

respondent is present.

3.When the appeal came up for hearing today, the learned counsel

for the appellant would state that the respondent herein filed a suit in

O.S.No.98 of 2016 before the Additional District and Sessions Judge,

Palani, Dindigul District, for recovery of money, which was disposed of by

the judgment dated 31.01.2024 on merits.

4.Recording the aforesaid submission made by the learned

counsel for the appellant, this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal stands disposed
