When this appeal is taken up for hearing today, the learned Counsel

appearing for the appellants submitted that the matter has been amicably

settled out of the Court between the parties, therefore she prayed to withdraw

this appeal and to that effect, she has also made an endorsement in the case

bundle.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 also

submits that the matter has been settled between the parties.

3. Recording the above submissions made by the counsels and in

view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the

appellants, this Second Appeal stands dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently,

connected miscellaneous petition stands closed. No costs.
