                                  PETITION under Article 226 of The Constitution of India praying for
                     the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to consider
                     the petitioner's representation dated 13.09.2023 and consequently direct the
                     respondents 1 to 3 to provide police protection to measure and put up the
                     survey stone on his land and based on the measurement, to fence the land
                     with wire.

                                                            ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking police

protection based on the complaint given by the petitioner on 13.09.2023.

2.Learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted

pending in C.No.G5/2866/5647131/2023 on the file of the respondent

Police.

3.The petitioner is directed to co-operate with the Police for enquiry

and the respondent Police shall conduct the enquiry keeping in mind the

judgment in Lalitha Kumari vs. Government of Uttar Pradesh reported in

2013 (6) CTC 353. On completion of the enquiry, the respondent Police

shall take a decision regarding the further course of action. This process

shall be completed by the respondent Police within a period of two weeks

from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

4.With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
