This Writ Appeal arises from the order dated 21.07.2022 passed by the

learned Single Judge in W.P.No.8689 of 2019.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned

Special Government Pleader appearing for the appellants seeks permission of

this Court to withdraw this writ appeal. She has also made an endorsement in

the case bundle to that effect.
