                                  (a) to pay a sum of Rs.2,86,10,347/- (Rupees Two Crores Eighty Six
                                     Lakhs Ten Thousand Three Hundred and Forty Seven only) to the
                                     plaintiffs along with interest at the rate of 18% P.A. from the date
                                     of plaint till the date of repayment and to pass such other suitable
                                     orders and consequently direct the defendants to release the
                                     collateral security properties to the plaintiffs;
                                  (b) costs of this suit.
