                                                                ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed alleging non compliance of the

judgment dated 16.02.2022 passed in W.A.No.1812 of 2018 by this Court.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, Mr.John J Raja Singh,

learned Additional Government Pleader submitted that as against the

Judgment of this Court dated 22.02.2022 in W.A.No.308 of 2022 , SLP has

been preferred by the Respondent in S.L.P.( Diary)No.37372 of 2022, before

the Hon'ble Apex Court and the Hon'ble Supreme Court vide order dated

08.08.2023, has adjourned the matter to 22.08.2023. He has also produced

the order of the Hon'ble Apex Court to that effect.

3. In view of the same, this Contempt Petition is closed giving liberty to https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

the parties to work out their remedy depending upon the outcome of the

aforesaid SLP, pending before the Hon'ble Supreme Court.
