                     file of the Principal District Munsif Court, Namakkal.

                                                         JUDGEMENT

The learned counsel appearing for the Appellant filed a memo before this court stating that during the pendency of the above Second Appeal, the parties have reached amicable settlement out of court. Hence, the appellant wanted to withdraw the above Second Appeal and prayed to dismiss the same as withdrawn. Accordingly, the matter is listed today under the caption "for withdrawal".

2. When the matter taken up today for hearing, a similar submission is made before this Court and to that effect, an endorsement was also made. Memo is recorded.

3. Recording the Memo of withdrawal and in view of endorsement made to that effect, this Second Appeal stands dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
