(Order of the Court was made by DR.ANITA SUMANTH, J.)

Mr.Arun Balaji, learned counsel for the petitioner is present.

2.Mr.M.Sidharthan, learned Additional Government Pleader

appearing for the respondents would draw attention to the fact that the

order of the Division Bench as against which the contempt is alleged for

non compliance has been carried to the Hon'ble Supreme Court and in

SLP.No.30588 of 2022 by order dated 07.11.2022, stay of operation and

implementation of the impugned judgment has been granted. Thus, there

is no necessity to keep this contempt petition pending any longer.

3.Recording the aforesaid, this Contempt Petition is closed.

No costs.
