                    Court) cum Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal, Virudhunagar dated
                    07.10.2003 and enhance the award amount.

                                                    JUDGMENT

When the matter was taken up for hearing on 25.07.2023, the

learned counsel appearing for the cross objector submitted that they have

no instructions from the party and also filed the withdrawal memo and

hence, this Court has directed the Registry to print the name of the cross

objector in the cause list and adjourned the matter on 18.08.2023.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing on 18.08.2023, there

was no representation for the cross objector, hence the matter was

adjourned on 31.08.2023. On 31.08.2023, again there was no

representation for the cross objector, hence the matter was directed to be

posted under the caption 'for dismissal'. Even today, there is no

representation for the cross objector. Hence, this Cross Objection is

dismissed for default.
