                                                        JUDGMENT

(Delivered by the Hon'ble Chief Justice)

On 07.07.2023, the matter was called out. Adjournment was

sought on behalf of the appellant. The matter was adjourned to

17.08.2023. Thereafter, the matter was called out on 21.08.2023.

But, on that date, none appeared for the appellant. We had

observed that the admission process for the year 2021-22 for

M.B.B.S./B.D.S. Course is long over and nothing would survive in

the matter. However, as none appeared for the appellant, we had

adjourned the matter to today with an observation that if, on the

next date, none appears for the appellant, the appeal would be

dismissed.

2. Today also, none appears for the appellant. The writ appeal

is dismissed for non-prosecution. There will be no order as to costs.

C.M.P.No.13604 of 2023 is closed.
