When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel

appearing for the petitioners submitted that the matter has been settled

out of Court as per Joint Memo of Compromise dated 15.11.2021 before

the III Additional City Civil Court, Chennai and hence sought permission

of this Court to withdraw these Civil Revision Petitions and also made an

endorsement to that effect in the Court bundle.

2. Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the

petitioners and also in view of the endorsement made in the Court bundle,

these Civil Revision Petitions are dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.

Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
