                   register the decree and judgment dated 28.04.2023 in O.S. No. 101/ 2011
                   passed by the Hon'ble District Munsif of Hosur.

                                                        ORDER

This writ petition is filed in the nature of Mandamus to direct the

respondents to register the decree and judgment dated 28.04.2023 in O.S.

No. 101/ 2011 passed by the District Munsif of Hosur.

2. The petitioner has obtained a decree from District Muniff, Hosur

dated 28.04.2023, in O.S.No.101 of 2011. Thereafter, he presented the said

decree for registration before the third respondent. The third respondent

has not registered the document so far and he has also not given any reason

for non-registration of the documents.

3. Though the petitioner has filed this writ petition for registration of

the above said judgment and decree, the judgment cannot be registered, but

the decree alone can be registered. Therefore, the third respondent is

directed to register the decree in O.S.No.101 of 2011 dated 28.04.2023, on

the file of the District Munsif, Hosur, within a stipulated time, without any

further delay. If the petitioner has presented the said decree and if he

complies with the Registration Rules, the respondents are directed to

consider his documents and register it, if otherwise in order. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

4. With the above directions, the writ petition stands disposed of.

However, there shall be no order as to costs.
