                    Prayer: Civil Suit filed under Order IV Rule 1 of the Original Side Rules
                    read with Order VII Rule 1 and Section 92 of the Civil Procedure Code,
                    praying to pass the following judgment and decree.
                                  a) permitting the trustees to develop the plaint schedule
                                  property   in   accordance     with   the    proposal     of
                                  G.R.Natarajan and Co. dated 05.05.2014 by availing
                                  their services of the said developer and permit the sale of
                                  undivided 1260/3600 (about 35%) of land to persons
                                  nominated by the said developer.

                                                          JUDGMENT

When the matter came up for hearing today, the learned counsel for

the plaintiffs seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this suit and he

has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2. In view of the aforesaid submission and endorsement made by the

learned counsel for the plaintiffs, this Civil Suit is dismissed as withdrawn.
