                     Prayer: Second Appeal is filed under Section 100 of C.P.C against
                     the Decree and Judgment dated 26.06.2023 on the file of the Sub-
                     Court, Thiruvarur in A.S.No.35 of 2018 confirming the Judgment and
                     Decree dated 14.06.2018 in O.S.No.168 of 2014 on the file of District
                     Munsif Court, Thiruvarur.

                                                        JUDGMENT

The parties to the lis have resolved their disputes and have

reduced the terms of compromise into a joint Memorandum of

Compromise dated 21.11.2023 signed by all the parties. The parties

are present before this Court. Respondents 2 and 5 are represented

by their respective Power Agents. The third appellant is stated to be

the resident of Singapore and a Joint Memo of Compromise signed by

him has been notarised before the Notary Public at Singapore.

2. Therefore, the Joint Memorandum Compromise dated

21.11.2023 is recorded and the Second Appeal is disposed of in terms

thereof. The Joint Memorandum of Compromise dated 21.11.2023

shall form part of the Decree. There shall be no order as to costs.

Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
