                    PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India,
                    to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider the
                    representation of the petitioner dated 15.04.2021 and pass orders within a
                    time frame as fixed by this Court, thereby, providing her a reasonable
                    opportunity of personal hearing.

                                                           ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of Writ of Mandamus,

directing the respondents to consider the representation made by the

petitioner on 15.04.2021, wherein the petitioner has requested the

respondents not to register any documents pertaining to the subject property.

2. Heard Mr.B.Prahalad Ravi, learned counsel appearing on behalf of

the petitioner and Mr.A.K.Manikkam, learned Special Government Pleader

appearing on behalf of the respondents 1 to 5.

3. It is brought to the notice of this Court that already an appeal was

filed before this Court in A.S.No.231 of 1989 and this was disposed of and a

petition has been filed to set aside the judgment and decree passed by this

Court and to restore the appeal to be heard on merits. In view of the same,

this Court is not inclined to grant the relief sought for by the petitioner in this

Writ Petition. It is left open to the petitioner to work out her remedy in the

petition filed to restore the appeal. Except giving this clarity, no further

orders can be passed in this Writ Petition.

4. This Writ Petition is disposed of in the above terms. No costs.
