COMMON JUDGMENT

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, both the husband

and wife are present before this Court, through Video Conferencing.

Mr.R.Esakki Raja, learned counsel appearing for the appellant in

C.M.A.No.1548 of 2020 is also present.

2.It is seen that both the parties are living together and they have

also got another child now. The wife expressed some concerns, regarding

living together with her in laws. However, both of them ultimately

informed that they will sort out the issues and continue to live together

happily.

3.In view of the fact that both the parties have joined together,

H.M.O.P.No.4090 of 2015 on the file of the III Additional Principal

Family Court, Chennai stands closed, similarly, D.V.C.No.21 of 2017 on

the file of the 18th Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet, also stands closed.

4.In the result, both the Civil Miscellaneous Appeals are closed. No

costs. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
