                                                      JUDGEMENT

The learned counsel appearing for the Appellant appeared and

submitted a memo stating that the appellant is not willing to prosecute the

case further. Hence, he prayed to record the memo and seeks permission of

this Court to post the above Second Appeals for withdrawal.

2. Today, when the matters taken up for hearing, the learned counsel

for appellant appeared and submitted that the appellant is not willing to

contest the above appeals. Therefore, the appellant may be permitted to

withdraw the appeals and an endorsement has also been made to that effect.

3. In view of the submission of memo by the learned counsel for

appellant stating that the appellant is not willing to prosecute the case

further, the Second Appeals are dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.

Consequently, other connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
