appearing for the petitioners fairly stated before this Court that the

Department has preferred an appeal before the Hon'ble Supreme Court of

India as against the order passed by the Writ Court and the matter was

remanded back to this Court to decide the writ petition afresh. Therefore,

nothing survives for further adjudication in the contempt petition.

2. Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the

petitioners, this contempt petition is closed.
