                     PRAYER:- Writ Appeal - filed under Clause 15 of Letters Patent Act, to
                     set aside the order of the learned Judge dated 01.04.2014 in
                     W.P(MD).No.14396 of 2013 insofar as holding that the appellant cannot
                     seek for back wages in respect of the period during which the writ
                     petition was pending and to allow the writ petition as prayed for.
