                                                          ORDER

This contempt petition is filed alleging willful disobedience of

the order dated 12.06.2019 made in W.P.No.23122 of 2018.

2.It is represented by the learned Additional Advocate General

appearing for the respondents that as against the order of this Court

dated 12.06.2019 made in W.P.No.23122 of 2018, the respondents

preferred W.A.No.52 of 2023 before the Hon'ble Division Bench of this

Court and the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court disposed of the

writ appeal with certain directions on 13.02.2023. Hence, the order

passed by this Court merge with the judgment of the Hon'ble Division

Bench of this Court in W.A.No.52 of 2023.

3.In view of the above, there is no willful disobedience and this

Contempt Petition is closed.
