Prayer:- Criminal Revision Case filed under Section 397 read with 401 of Cr.P.C, to set aside the order passed by the learned District and Sessions Judge, Thiruvarur in C.A.No.22 of 2018 by its order dated 27.06.2019 confirming the judgment of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Mannargudi in S.T.C.No.1354 of 2017 order dated 25.04.2018 sentenced to undergo 6 months S.I and to pay Rs.3,00,000/- cheque amount as compensation i/d 1 month S.I for the offence under Section 138 of Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881.

JUDGMEMT

When the case was earlier listed on 03.07.2023, there was no

representation for the Revision Petitioner. Hence, this Court directed the

Registry to list the matter under the caption ''For Dismissal'' on 10.07.2023.

2.Despite the matter is listed today, 10.07.2023 under the caption

''For Dismissal'', there is no representation for the Revision Petitioner.

3. Since, there is no representation for the Revision Petitioner, the

above Criminal Revision Petition stands dismissed, and this Court

directs the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Mannargudi, to execute

the warrant of conviction in continuation of the judgment in

S.T.C.No.1354 of 2017 dated 25.04.2018.
