above Cross Appeal No.26/2009 in AS.No.1129/2007.

(2) The Cross Appellants are defendants 4 to 7 in the suit in

O.S.No.224/2005.

(3) Learned counsel appearing for respondents 4 to 7 in

AS.No.1129/2007 / appellants herein, states that appellants may be

permitted to withdraw Cross Obj.No.26/2009. A Memo dated

01.02.2023 has also filed to that effect.
