PRAYER: Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the
Constitution of India, to direct the District Munsif Court, Krishnagiri to
expeditiously dispose of R.E.P.No.19 of 2013 in O.S.No.325 of 2008 within
a time frame fixed by this Court.

For Petitioners : Mr. C. Jagadish

                                                         ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition is filed to direct the District Munsif

Court, Krishnagiri to dispose of the REP.No.19 of 2013 in O.S.No.325 of

2008, the decree holders have preferred this revision.

2. On perusal of the E-Court status, the defendants 2 and 3

remained ex parte and it was reserved for orders long back. Thereafter, the

executing Court adjourned the case on various occasion without making any

progress.

3. On seeing the E-Court status, it shows the lethargic attitude

of the presiding officer of the Court. EP was filed in the year 2013, it was

kept pending for several years. Though some of the judgment debtors are

also remained ex parte, delayed justice also amounts to denied justice. So,

the trial Judge namely District Munsif Court, Krishnagiri is directed to

dispose the EP on merits, within eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy

of this order.

4. In the result, the Civil Revision Petition is allowed. No costs.

Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
