When the matters were taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the
appellant sought permission of this Court to withdraw these writ appeals and he
has made the following endorsement in the court bundle:-
"Vide Lr. dated 04.12.2023, as the appellants have
instructed and authorized to withdraw the above writ appeals, so
as to enable the appellants to avail the benefit of the Samadhan
Scheme announced under TNVAT Act, 2006 to settle the pending
disputes. Therefore, it is prayed before this Hon'ble Court to permit
the appellants to withdraw the writ appeals with liberty to avail the
benefit of the Samadhan Scheme, announced by the TN State
Government under TNVAT Act, 2006."
